Well-Being Coaching for Real Life
Real life is a lot. At times it can be helpful to navigate the varied challenges with intentional support and collaboration.
To work with a certified well-being coach and advocate:
whose coaching style is facilitative and person-centered,
who has accompanied thousands of adults through complex life challenges,
who experiences life alongside health challenges,
and be met with compassion, shared humanity, and possibility,
call 812-227-5535 to discuss what well-being support can look like for you.
Sessions are 60, 90, or 120 minutes in length and are offered via a HIPAA-compliant virtual platform or by HIPAA-compliant telephone service. Clients must be 21 years or older.
Please note: Coaching is not counseling. Coaching, specifically person-centered coaching, consists of active listening, reflective inquiry, and promoting the innate capacity to pivot and participate with one's own life—all within the context of current-day challenges.
If deemed necessary, referrals will be made to a licensed counselor, physician, or other appropriate resources instead of entering into a working agreement or at any time during the coaching relationship.
