My professional background includes a fulfilling career working in Physical Therapy spanning 25 years: initially as a hospital-based rehabilitation technician and then as a licensed PTA in Indiana upon completion of university and state board requirements. As a PTA, I worked in a variety of settings (hospital, outpatient rehabilitation and sports medicine, inpatient rehab, and SNF) accompanying thousands of patients through short- and long-term recovery processes, providing customized evidence-based treatments, functional guidance, and compassionate care as each one navigated unique circumstances. In addition to patient care, I also worked as a Clinical Instructor with students from University of Indianapolis and Vincennes University completing their clinical education requirements for PTA licensure for 14 years.

In 2017, upon completion of educational requirements from the Louisville School of Massage Therapeutic Massage Program and Indiana’s state board requirements, I worked in private practice and at a local clinic as a licensed massage therapist. In conjunction, I also obtained national certifications with NASM for personal training and corrective exercise to enhance my orthopedic massage therapy practice offerings.

Currently, I offer person-centered online sessions with individuals nationally as an ISSA Certified Health Coach, NASM Certified Wellness Coach, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with health + wellness coaching including the eight facets of well-being and personal training emphasis on restorative and functional movement. Within central and southern Indiana, I offer workplace well-being consultations and classes as well as, facilitate community-based educational events sharing general well-being resouces.
